The GracedLife Leadership Centre (TGLC) develops leaders who build their own projects and work together through five Impact Labs. Choose a Lab or General coaching, then share practical advice on three challenges. You can skip any question.

Not just for one event

Adopt a Lab is open all year. Come back whenever you have time, coach the same Lab again or a new one, and, if eligible, log your time through your employer’s volunteering programme. Each answer is sent to the Lab as you share it, and if you say yes, the Lab lead can follow up with you by email.

What we collect and why

What we save: your name, your role if you add it, your answers, and the time you confirm.

Who sees it: the TGLC team and the leaders of the Lab you coach. For General coaching, Seth Solomon Appiah Nuamah, Programmes Manager, reviews your advice and shares it with the relevant Labs.

Your email: we only ask for it at the end, and only if you want the TGLC team to follow up. Only the TGLC team sees your email.
