A working model
400+ leaders and entrepreneurs trained since 2018, 180+ entrepreneurs trained with UBC Sauder through LIFT Ghana, and 140+ leaders building real solutions in five Impact Labs.
Companies. Institutions. Individuals. Every partnership is built bespoke, aligned to your mission, your sector, and the leaders you want to help raise.
We don't run a tier list or a sponsorship menu. Every partnership starts with a conversation about what you bring, what we bring, and what we can build together.
Tell us who you are, what you bring, and what kind of partnership you're imagining. We'll write back within five working days, with a proposed shape for the conversation.

Whether you're a corporation, an institution, or an individual, partnership with TGLC is shaped to your context. Every conversation starts with what you can bring, and what kind of African leadership you want to help raise.
